A fifth of software program budgets is being wasted on pointless enterprise complexity, which might be haemorrhaging 7% of annual income, new analysis has claimed.

Greater than half (53%) of the 700+ IT, CX, finance and operations professionals surveyed by Freshworks failed to realize their anticipated software program ROI, with 43% noting that tasks ran over price range and 32% criticizing vendor assist.
